HIGHLIGHT IN RUS 104

        Drawing is always a difficult task for me, simply 

because I get so into it that I make it more difficult than it 

needs to be. In integrated studio, I learned to be 

cooperating with different majors. Each has his strong point 

and weak point; hence, we have to overcome the deficiency 

of everyone. Sometime there may be an argument in a 

group due to different opinions, because there is no 

accounting for tastes. So, we learned to be tolerated and 

discuss with each others for aiming the best result. I did 

feel good about myself, I have learned about how to deal 

with the stress and manage the time from RUS 104 life. All 

the projects gave me the fulfillment when I successful to do 

it in time and quality, and I realized life is what it is and 

the best thing to do is think out of the box and have 

unbounded imagination.

The materials that I bought on second week for project 2, and after few weeks I owned Derwent colour pencil and some other materials for my studio life.

 

 On the class for RUS 104, Mr. Jestin was on his talks.

RUS 104 studio life linked all of us to face the tough together.

We attending PAM (Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia) seminar.

All of us took a photo on World Day of Architecture 2012 at Gyrney Hotel.

 My sketch of old school was boarding on special mention and I felt happy for it.

For project 7, Cheryl Tong and me were rushing works at the studio.

I was working hard on Board 7A.

I was colouring on Board 7A.

 On the night we fighting, whole studio just left three of us (Me, Cheryl, Xie Kee).

 Both of us were discussing how to propose our Board 7A.

 Group 3-2 with all members were having the presentation for our project 7 - Interlinked.

All group members Cheryl Tong, me, Sab, Azureen, Hanif and Hamim were taking photo with our works and studio master Mr. Jestin Nordin.

 We were happy because Dr. Azree was praising us for making the best model.

 

After this project, we were seperating into different group. Hence, we were taking a photo to have a memory.

My new group, intergrated group for project 8, 9, 10 and 11.

The situation of studio on the afternoon.

The environment of studio is much more 'lively' compared to afternoon. Studio was bustling with noise and excitement.

 

 That have been few days I go through the darkness comes before dawn and enjoy the daybreak at the studio for rushing project 9.

Project 10 was combining group 1 and group 12, with total 32 members.

We were working hard together for our booth.

Few sleepless nights don't effect our excitement for complete our project 10.

We were putting much effort for our trademark robot. 

The drum was full with a lot of students who fighting for their project 10.

Finally, after rushing for 3 days, we did it and here is our booth 1.

On the exhibition day, we were happy like a kid because all projects almost finish yet sad to end this wonderful studio life.

 We were leaving a memory in front of our works, project 10.

I were talking around and enjoying the exhibition, by the way, took a photo with my final model of project 9.

 I was happy to see the work that resulted from our time, spirit and slumber investment. 

After the exhibition, we were assigned to clear off all the stuffs and clean the site.

All of us were strive in taking off all the decorations from the site.

 We were working hard to peel off the paper and glue.

 We were planning to dismantle the paper box robots but lastly we had another plan for it.

We were moving the paper robots to another place, trademark robot is a legend.

Studio life almost came to the end.

 I picked a dress and get ready for the performance night with the theme vintage masquerade.

RUS 104 studio almost came to the end. I appreciated everything I had learn from here and I enjoying the moment in studio life.

I picked some sketches from my sketch book randomly. I think my sketches were not much more on building design. Yet, I will explore more on the design part for my sketch book after this.

I need more improvement for my sketches, especially for human figure and body structure. I felt regret for stopped to learning drawing when I step secondary school. I'm a new learner for sketching body figure and body structure and water colour. I will working hard on it cause if I can having a good drawing skill, it will help me to do better in my building or housing design.
